At Alomi, each phone case is made especially for your selected phone model after your order is placed. Because of this, we currently do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong phone model
- Ordering the wrong design
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings
- Accidental damage after delivery
Please double check your phone model before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A refund
- Store credit
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.
After production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be sent to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
